Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 7 working days using our chosen courier service. During peak periods (July – September) due to high demand and stock fluctuation, this can be longer and on average orders will take 10-14 working days to be delivered. Please note that in extreme circumstances orders can take up to 21 working days during peak periods. Due to the personalisation of the garments, these delivery schedules are only given as estimations. Our couriers will send email notifications in relation to your delivery and will post calling cards through if there is no one available to provide a signature for the parcel. They will try and deliver the parcel 3 times and after the 3rd time, the parcel will be returned to us and a £4.95 re-delivery charge will be required. There is a facility on our site to leave delivery notes for your order so please let us know of any ‘safe places’ or neighbours which the courier can deliver to and this will help to prevent any parcels being returned to us.

Returns

All returned items are to be sent to our head office at 41 Weston Road, Meir, Stoke-on-Trent, ST36AB. The cost of sending the returned items is at the cost of the buyer and we recommend using a Signed For service for this to ensure you are covered for any loss or damages. All returned items must be in a sellable condition including tags still being attached. As long as the items are re-sellable then there is no time limit on sending items back.

Exchanges

If you require to exchange an item(s) then please send the item(s) back to our head office at 41 Weston Road, Meir, Stoke-on-Trent, ST36AB. The cost of sending the returned items is at the cost of the buyer and we recommend using a Signed For service for this to ensure you are covered for any loss or damages. Please leave a note on the packing slip enclosed within your parcel to let us know what item(s) you would like to exchange and what you would like to exchange them for. Please note that there is a £4.95 re-delivery charge for the exchanged items.

*Any returns or exchanges can be made in person at any of our stores. If you are looking to exchange items then please make sure you are returning them to the correct store for the relevant school.
